History
Founded in 1989, BKC WeatherSys provides turn-key technology and service solutions for the weather, power, aviation, agriculture and solar energy industries.
Location
Headquartered in a 15,000 sq. ft. facility in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, we employ more than 100 engineers, meteorologists and support staff.

Leadership
Key people
Dr. B. K. Singh
Chairman and Managing DirectorDr. B. K. Singh is the founder, Chairman and Managing Director of BKC WeatherSys Pvt. Ltd. He has over 40 years of experience in international business in agricultural commodities, retail and meteorology. Before founding BKC WeatherSys, Dr. Singh worked at the State Trading Corporation of India and served as an advisor to the United Nations Development Programme. He holds a Masters and a Ph.D. from the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi.
Mr. Dulal Chakrabarti
Head, MeteorologyFormer Deputy Director General of the India Meteorological Department, he brings over 40 years of experience in meteorology and forecasting, weather database management and IT tools for weather.
Kamal Mehrotra
Project Manager & MeteorologistGroup Captain (Retd.) Mehrotra leads project management for the meteorology division. He served in the Indian Air Force for 34 years as a meteorological officer, with over 20 years in aviation forecasting and more than 7 years as Command Meteorological Officer in the Eastern, Central and Western Air Commands. He holds an M.Sc. in Physics (Electronics), an M.Phil. in Meteorology and a Masters in Management Studies.
