According to BKC WEATHERSYS, farmers of Bhopal, Sehore, Sendhwa and other districts of Madhya Pradesh are facing problems for purchasing seeds and fertilizers from the market due to deficiency of cash. Farmers are forced to delay the sowing time of wheat till last week of November which can severely affect the quality and yield of wheat. According to Agronomist, if wheat sowing will start on 1st week of December, there would be 10 to 12 quintal/ acre decline in wheat yield. According to traders of Sehore district of Madhya Pradesh, arrivals of Soybean and Wheat have declined to 90% in mandis, which can also be the main reason behind late sowing of Rabi crops.
